How to Fix Printer Not Printing
Symptoms:
- Printer is offline or unresponsive.
- Jobs are stuck in the print queue.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Check connections: Ensure the printer is plugged in and powered on.
- Restart the printer and computer.
- Set the printer as default:
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners > Select the printer > Click Set as default.
- Clear the print queue:
- Open Run (Win + R), type
services.msc, and find Print Spooler. - Right-click and select Restart.
- Open Run (Win + R), type
- Update or reinstall printer drivers:
- Open Device Manager, expand Printers, and update the driver.
