How to Reset Google Chrome to Default Settings

If Chrome is running slow or behaving strangely, resetting it can help.

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots (⋮) menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Scroll down and click Reset settings on the left panel.
  5. Click Restore settings to their original defaults.
  6. Click Reset settings to confirm.

Note: This will remove custom settings but keep your bookmarks and passwords.
